Kit consists of: thrombin, topical (bovine), usp solution containing 20, 000 i.U. Per vial together with 20 ml diluent, a spray pump and actuator; preservative free; for topical use on the surface of bleeding tissue only; do not inject directly; reconstitution is required; store the thrombin at 2 degrees c to 25 degrees celcius (36 f to 77 f); after reconstitution the solution may be refrigerated at 2 degrees celcius to 8 degrees celcius for up to 24 hours, or may be stored at room temperature for up to 8 hours after reconstitution
