Functional Description
Special assortment of plugs and caps used at all levels of maintenance during removal of the rf manifold, phase shifter drive unit, microwave receiver, thermal stabilization unit, pressurized reservoir, rotary joint: and heat exchanger from the antenna pedestal the plugs and caps are used to close the fc-77 fluid ports of the above components before they are removed from the antenna pedestal, thus preventing fc-77 fluid from being spilled into the work area. The plugs and caps are stowed in trays which are marked with plug and cap part numbers and the name of the component they are used on.. The assortment of trays are contained in a wooden shipping and storage box
